Add Email Notifications to Notification Preferences

Currently, users can receive notifications only through push notifications. We should add Email as an additional notification option in the notification preferences, allowing users to choose whether they want to receive alerts via push notifications, email, or both. This will give users more flexibility and ensure they don't miss important notifications.
